Use of windows key of your pc

Keyboard is the most important part of any computer and without keyboard we can't perform many task on computer. In Computer , There is many types of key used by the user for manipulating many operation on computer. Function of each and every key of our computer is totally different from each other. Keys which are mostly used by user on computer are Function key ( F1  to  F12 ), Home , End ,
Ctrl ,Alt , Numeric keys and many more. There is also one another key in the computer i.e. Windows key. This key gives much more facility in computer compare to another key.Many person don't know that which one is the windows key in the computer keyboard.

Now question arises that what is the use of these key in our computer even same task can be done by using  mouse. It's totally depend upon the  user which one is going to choose but if  he/she is using the system key  for manipulating the many process then it not only save the time but also many task can be done easily which cannot be done by the mouse.

This post has been focused on Windows key of computer so user will find the content related to windows key in this post. Almost each Computer has only one Windows key but in some computer there is two Windows key. Windows key look like the button  given figure below.

   

Windows key

   If user presses only windows key then Start menu will be open of Computer.

Windows Key + ptr sc( Print screen)

  Whenever we required to take snapshot of and document or file in computer then it can be done       easily by pressing Windows Logo Key + Prt Sc together.

Windows key + M

  On pressing windows and M key of keyboard together it will minimize the current opened application windows to the taskbar.

Windows key + Shift + M

   In this process we need to press three keys together and it is used to restore the minimized window.

      To open minimized window again press Windows key + Shift + M

Windows key + Up arrow 

  On pressing the Windows key and Up arrow together it will maximize the current opened window.

Windows key + E

  As you know that all the files, music , movie , song ,  video and other document are stored in My Computer and after clicking by mouse on My Computer desktop icon it can be opened  but if user presses Windows key and E key together then My Computer can be opened.

Windows Key + F

  If you want to search something in whole Computer then press Windows Key and F key together.

Windows Key + L

    This is very important key whenever user will press these key together then it will lock the computer or user account will be locked.

Windows Key + R

  If you don't  know how to open Run Dialog Box then you can press Windows key and R together and Run Dialog Box will be opened.

Windows Key + Number ( 1,2 ,3 or any other)

  Combination of windows key and any number is used for opening the the application from taskbar which has already been pinned to taskbar . Follow the figure....
